 At the plate, Buena let  Madison Shay and  Jordan Gonzalez loose on the outfield. Shay  went 3-for-3 with five  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple, while  Gonzalez  scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4.  Addison Coe was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 Santa Barbara's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Buena, their win  ended  a  four-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 3-7.
 Santa Barbara will take on Buena at 3:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Buena, they will head out on the road to  take on  Oak Park at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Buena is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a four-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
