River Valley never let their opponents score on Thursday. They blew past the Parker Broncs 10-0. The win continues a trend for the Dust Devils in their matchups with the Broncs: they've now won nine in a row.

River Valley got a great performance from Thomas Ramby as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. Ramby has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Mickey Smith, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Mickey Gonzalez, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

River Valley always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Parker only posted an OBP of .222.

River Valley's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Parker, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
