You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Archangels Catholic on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Winside Wildcats out of the water with a 60-30 final score. The Defenders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 games by 25 points or more this season.

Ellie Topp and Hadleigh Schutt certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Topp posted 14 points and five boards, while Schutt scored 11 points and three steals. Schutt is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Archangels Catholic pushed their record up to 17-7 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.2 points over those games. As for Winside, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-18.
