Brockway lost to Clarion Area 56-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Alec Shaffer-Doan threw for 183 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 20 yards in the loss.
Curwensville lost in the closest game of the week to 28-22 Redbank Valley. Zach Tibbens was a bright spot for the Golden Tide, as he ran for 219 yards in the defeat.
Tibbens provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Curwensville lost to the Bulldogs.
Tibbens was a force in the backfield as Andy Evanko's team fell to Redbank Valley.
Shaffer-Doan put up the best numbers through the air as Brockway lost to the Bobcats. Shaffer-Doan's favorite target this week was Anthony Benson, who caught 10 passes for 90 yards.
Frank Zocco's team's Shaffer-Doan and Benson have formed a dream team this season, leading Allegheny Mountain - Southern in both passing and receiving yards. Shaffer-Doan has thrown for 3,080 yards this season, while Benson has 90 catches for 1,295 yards. Tibbens from the Golden Tide leads the league in rushing with 2,345 yards.
Curwensville led the league in points allowed with 28.
