Walpole extended the longest winning streak in Bay State - Herget this week by beating Milton, 34-3. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Rebels.
Walpole took down the Wildcats 34-3 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Natick's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Troy Flutie threw for 196 and three touchdowns and Brian Dunlap had 95 yards receiving. On the ground Nick Lee chipped in 88 yards. Andrew Boynton helped Natick's passing attack out by catching three balls for 42 yards.
Natick's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Redhawks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Flutie has thrown for 714 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Dunlap has 27 catches for 466 yards. Flutie also leads the league in rushing with 268 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Norwood takes on Barry Greener's team. At the moment, the Mustangs are in fourth, while the Rebels are in first.
Wellesley and Braintree played the most hotly contested game in Bay State - Herget this week, with Wellesley eventually emerging with a 14-13 victory.
