The Green Mountain Rams will challenge the Littleton Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Green Mountain is coming into the contest hot, having won their last 16 games.
Green Mountain is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They really took it to Evergreen for the full four quarters, racking up a 79-27 victory. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

Green Mountain can attribute much of their success to Kantyn Pearson, who went 7 of 17 on her way to 24 points and five steals, and Ella Cockrum, who went 7 for 9 en route to 18 points and five steals. That's the most steals Pearson has posted since back in February of 2024. Addie Evans was another key player, putting up six points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Littleton came into Saturday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They breezed by Wheat Ridge to the tune of 64-16 on Saturday. With the Lions ahead 43-6 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Green Mountain better focus on containing Lena Drakos and Emma Bird as the pair were huge in Littleton's win. Drakos went 6 of 8 on her way to 16 points, while Bird posted eight points along with 17 boards and three steals. Drakos continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Eliza Martinez, who went 5 for 11 en route to 10 points.
Littleton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in three consecutive games.
Green Mountain's win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-2. As for Littleton, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-11.
Green Mountain didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Littleton in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, but they still walked away with a 48-43 win. Will Green Mountain repeat their success, or does Littleton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
