Cactus Shadows walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-22, 26-24.
Cactus Shadows' victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Crismon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
Coming up, Cactus Shadows will head out on the road to challenge Arcadia at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Falcons' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Crismon, they will be taking part in a tournament against Desert Sunrise at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
