Nolan Baker posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out five batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off six hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Baker and Trinity Christian Academy will face off against Fayette Academy at 6:25 p.m. on Monday. The Lions are a perfect 9-0 against the Vikings going back to April of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
