Tymond Foxx Turns in Season-Best  Effort
  Tymond Foxx produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Largo to the win  on Friday. Foxx rushed for 301 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  he has now  punched in two or more in the last three games he's  played dating back to last season.
 Foxx must have Crossland's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When  Foxx last faced the Cavaliers  back in October of 2023, he rushed for 236 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries.

Zion Walford Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
  Zion Walford posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He wasn't messing around, making two total tackles. The  matchup was his third straight with two or   more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 50 yards.
 Gwynn Park's victory  ended  a  four-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 2-4. It'll be a Battle of the Bugs  Yellowjackets takes on Surrattsville at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday.

Donte Hagan Delivers Best  Effort of Season
 Crossland came up short  on Friday despite  Donte Hagan delivering his best game to date. Hagan made seven total tackles.
 This season,  Hagan  has averaged 2.5 total tackles per game  and for the season has 3  interceptions.

A Season-Best  Effort from  Joshua Harper Leads Central over Surrattsville
 Sadly,  Joshua Harper posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Central over Surrattsville on Friday. Harper picked up  a  sack, forced a fumble,  and made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 Central is  on  a  13-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6. Harper and Central will face off against Fairmont Heights at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday.

Marcanthony Castro Goes Supernova in Crossland Defeat
 The second Crossland player making an appearance here is  Marcanthony Castro, and for good reason. He rushed for 128 yards. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 55 yards.
