They took a blow against Southeast Lauderdale, falling 69-13. The defeat continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.
Meanwhile, Selma was able to grind out a solid victory over Marion on Friday, taking the game 42-29. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Saints.
Jykierra Oliver was her usual excellent self, going 6 for 12 en route to 12 points plus eight steals and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Rod?Neisha Parker, who earned 11 points along with four steals.
