The Delran Bears had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down West Deptford 28-14 on Thursday. That's another feather in the cap for Delran, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Delran was led to victory by Nick Pean and Vinny Sacca. Pean rushed for 58 yards and a touchdown, while Sacca rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown.
Delran's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for West Deptford, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 2-8.
Delran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. West Deptford will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Egg Harbor Township at 6:00 p.m.
