The Trinity Academy Tigers lost against the St. David's Warriors last Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Trinity Academy took a 30-17 hit to the loss column at the hands of St. David's. Trinity Academy has not had much luck with St. David's recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
St. David's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jordyn Driggers led the charge by scoring ten points along with five assists and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Driggers has scored all season. Kate Benson was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven steals.
Trinity Academy's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5. As for St. David's, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-5.
Trinity Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. David's also has no future games currently scheduled.
