The Ada-Borup Cougars posted their biggest win yet this season on Tuesday. They blew past Thief River Falls 76-45 on the road. With Ada-Borup ahead 38-14 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Cadyn Dahl continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 18 points. Cameron Spaeth was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Ada-Borup pushed their record up to 11-1 with that win, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.1 points per game. As for Thief River Falls, they have fallen quite a ways from their 26-3 record last season and are now at 3-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ada-Borup will face off against Lake Park-Audubon at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lake Park-Audubon is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak. As for Thief River Falls, they will head out on the road to face off against Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
