- Seven in-state recruits rolled with the tide and signed with the University of Alabama, including 5-star

LaBryan Ray.
- 10 in-state recruits cried "War Eagle" and signed with Auburn, including five 4-stars:

- Of the 13 5- or 4-star recruits from the Heart of Dixie, only one,
St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile) DE
Ryan Johnson, chose a non-SEC school. Johnson is headed to Stanford.
- The Southeastern Conference nabbed 28 of Alabama's 95 recruits.
