It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Flinthills can now relate to. They fell just short of the Centralia Panthers by a score of  2-1 on Friday. The Mustangs' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.
 Flinthills started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-12,  25-19.
  Harlee Randall paced Flinthills' offense, picking up 17 kills. Randall got some help from 
 Emily Scribner and her 15 assists. Randall was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with two aces.
 Centralia found their leader in sophomore  Keelyn Rempe, who  had six  digs and 12  assists. Rempe is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 12 or more in the last three games she's  played.
 Flinthills' defeat dropped their record down to 38-3. As for Centralia, the  victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 36-7.
 Flinthills wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  2-0  loss against Little River on the 2nd. Centralia has also  already played their next matchup,  a  2-0  win against Clifton-Clyde on the 2nd.
