Softball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Pearl City

Pearl City won against 'Aiea last Saturday with 13 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Pearl City put the hurt on the Kahuku Red Raiders with a sharp 13-3 victory. The win was nothing new for the Chargers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Saunette Oshiro was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two). Phoenix Sky Lumabao was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.

Pearl City's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Kahuku, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pearl City will square off against Radford at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kahuku, they will venture away from home to square off against 'Aiea at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
