3A Region II District 10 recap Oct. 3, 2012
Aubrey moved up to 454 from 530 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 3A Region II District 10. The Chaparrals were able to make the jump by beating Sanger 16-14.
Celina extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Perryton, 59-0. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Bobcats.
Ranchview's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Keidrien Wadley threw for 70 yards and Raghib Ismail had 52 yards receiving. On the ground Osh-Shakkur Derrick chipped in 117 yards. Quinton Butler helped Ranchview's passing attack out by catching one ball for 17 yards.
Ranchview's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Wolves feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Wadley has thrown for 579 yards and one touchdown this season, while Nick Burns has 12 catches for 168 yards. Derrick leads the league in rushing with 349 yards.
Celina took down the Rangers 59-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
