In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ella Vinco, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in May of 2024. Sienna Logan was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
Riverview kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 19 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Taylor only managed two hits.
Riverview has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Grosse Ile, their loss dropped their record down to 5-16.
