 Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Hoggard's offense. They fell victim to a  tough 7-0 defeat at the hands of Midway  on Wednesday. Having soared to a lofty 20  runs in the game before, Hoggard's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
 North Brunswick's win  ended  an  11-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 4-10. As for Hoggard, their loss was  their third straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 7-4.
