Kassidy Paul continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Edgewood, scoring 15 points. The matchup was Paul's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Blair McPherson was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Grand Saline bumped their record down to 16-7 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Edgewood, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.
