Despite the loss, Flatirons Academy still got an impressive performance from Annabelle Rakers, who went 5 for 11 en route to 14 points and seven rebounds. Rakers has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
Gilpin County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Faith Ramsey led the charge by going 8 of 17 on her way to 20 points and seven boards.
