Baseball Recap: Harlan Now 6-2 over Last Eight Games

Harlan won the last time they faced Atlantic and things went their way on Friday too. The Cyclones blew past the Trojans 7-1. Considering the Cyclones have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Harlan has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-10 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Atlantic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-16.

Looking ahead, Harlan will head out on the road to face off against Clarke on Monday. Atlantic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
