Baseball Recap: Sultan Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Sultan had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Friday Harbor Wolverines on Saturday. Considering the Turks have won four games by more than 11 runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Sultan's record is now 4-8. As for Friday Harbor, they moved to 7-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Sultan will take on King's at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Turks' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Friday Harbor, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Mount Vernon Christian at 4:00 p.m.
