The Halls Red Devils entered their tilt with the Campbell County Cougars with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Halls came out on top against Campbell County by a score of 66-57 on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Chandler Gamble continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds. The contest was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Elliott, who scored 9 points.
Halls now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Campbell County, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
Halls will be playing at home against Seymour at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Seymour will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings (they are ranked 369th, while Halls is ranked 180th). As for Campbell County, they will head out on the road to face off against Karns at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
