Lodi lost against Park Ridge back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rams took an 11-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Owls. Even though they lost, the Rams' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.1 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Jonas Martinez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs.

Lodi has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11-1 record this season. As for Park Ridge, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11.

Looking ahead, Lodi will venture away from home to take on Hasbrouck Heights at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Park Ridge, they will welcome New Milford at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Owls surely won't give up without a fight.
