Snake River's game  last Tuesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Thursday. They walked away with  a   16-12  win over the South Fremont Cougars. Snake River's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
  Hailee Nash was  incredible,  going 4-for-5 with a  home run, six  RBI,  and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Addie Campbell, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 4-for-5.
 On South Fremont's side,  Casey Folsom and  Leah Lehmann stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Folsom  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-5, while  Lehmann  went 3-for-4 with three  doubles and two  runs. Folsom has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last five times she's  played.
 Even though they lost, South Fremont was hitting in the alleys and  finished the game with seven  doubles. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Snake River only hit four.
 Snake River's victory  ended  an  eight-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 3-2. As for South Fremont, they now  have a losing record at 3-4.
 Snake River will be playing at home against Malad at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for South Fremont, they will face off against Declo at 11:45  a.m.  on Friday. South Fremont is coming into the  match on  a  three-game losing streak.
