Brooke Handle was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. Handle has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in five consecutive pitching appearances. Handle was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Keeley Elsea was incredible, firing off two home runs, six RBI, and three runs while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Brynn Romine, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.
Har-Ber has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Gravette, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.
