Despite the loss, Heritage Christian still got an impressive performance from Sydney Lenting, who posted ten points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Lenting is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava DeJong, who put up five points and five boards.
Even though they lost, Heritage Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. This was only their second loss (out of six games) when they hit their own glass that hard.
