The Johnson Atomsmashers lost against the Valdosta Wildcats back in November of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Johnson had to suffer through a rough 66-27 loss at the hands of Valdosta. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Johnson has scored all season.
Johnson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Valdosta, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-2.
Johnson will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Richmond Hill at 4:00 p.m. on December 29th. Richmond Hill is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games. Valdosta won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Warner Robins at 5:30 p.m. on December 23rd. Warner Robins will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
