Gerstell Academy posted their biggest victory yet this season on Wednesday. Everything went their way against John Carroll as Gerstell Academy made off with a 44-22 win. The victory was nothing new for Gerstell Academy as they're now sitting on five straight.
Gerstell Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Eniyah Stinnette, who scored nine points along with 14 rebounds and two steals. Stinnette hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Kiara Hardy, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Gerstell Academy pushed their record up to 8-5 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for John Carroll, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3.
Gerstell Academy will head out on the road to face off against Notre Dame Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Notre Dame Prep is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. As for John Carroll, they will be playing at home against Edgewood at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
