Boston Prep's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a serious blow against Neighborhood House Charter, falling 66-15. Boston Prep lost against Neighborhood House Charter in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 44-41 score last time.
Neighborhood House Charter's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Karin Richardson, who scored 29 points. Sayah Dorvilier was another key contributor, scoring 20 points.
Boston Prep bumped their record down to 0-1 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Neighborhood House Charter, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Boston Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Foxborough Regional Charter at 4:00 p.m. on January 9, 2024. Neighborhood House Charter will be home for the holidays to greet Kennedy Health Careers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
