St. Helena is 9-1 against Lower Lake since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. On Tuesday, St. Helena got the win against Kelseyville by a conclusive 16-2. The Saints might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by six runs or more this season.
Tahlia Smith was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and one triple. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high.

Lower Lake's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: St. Helena hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .381. It's a different story for Lower Lake, though, as they've only averaged .230. Will they be able to contain St. Helena's hitters?
