Ethan Mcnulty Delivers Best Performance of Season
Ethan Mcnulty produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Conemaugh Valley to the win on Friday. Mcnulty rushed for 320 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 20.0 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 66 yards.
Conemaugh Valley moved to 1-7 with that win, which also ended their seven-game losing streak. Mcnulty and Conemaugh Valley will square off against Conemaugh Township at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Dumm Came Up Big in Northern Cambria's 41-22 Win
Ty Dumm posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 233 yards while picking up 13.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 144 yards on 14 of 20 attempts.
Unfortunately for Conemaugh Township, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Dumm. Dumm rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries the last time he and the Indians duked it out back in September of 2023.

Layo Posts Huge Game in 16-0 Win
Bode Layo put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in September of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 39 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 41 receiving yards.
Purchase Line's probably not too fond of Layo given he always seems to get the better of them. When Layo last faced the Red Dragons back in September of 2023, he picked up 159 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Eric Korhut Puts an End to Conemaugh Valley's Losing Streak on Friday
Conemaugh Valley's seven-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Eric Korhut. Nobody could stop Korhut on Friday as he rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown.
This year, Korhut has averaged 21.9 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 1.71 receiving yards per game.

Big Game from Stephens As United Valley Co-Op [Blacklick Valley/United] Won 27-0
Dylan Stephens put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Friday. He rushed for 100 yards on only nine carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 55 yards.
The victory (which was United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United]'s fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-3. Stephens and United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] will look to defend their home field on Friday against Purchase Line at 7:00 p.m.
