Florence-Carlton not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since May 7, 2024 (when they won 15-6). They were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Whitefish Bulldogs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Florence-Carlton saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brodie Hinsdale, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI.

Florence-Carlton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .528. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Florence-Carlton's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Whitefish, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Florence-Carlton is set to challenge their familiar foe Stevensville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Whitefish will square off against rival Browning at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
