The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Burlingame in their matchups with Half Moon Bay: they've now lost four in a row.
Despite the loss, Burlingame still got an impressive performance from Alain Kazarian, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Anthony Atkinson, who scored five points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Burlingame's lineup was just a bit different on Friday as Luke Levitt got a bit more time on the court (24 vs. his season average of 12.28). Levitt made the most of the opportunity, scoring six points along with eight rebounds. A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.
Burlingame's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Half Moon Bay, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.
