Basketball Recap: St. Michael Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Jadyn Bahe and Ryan Legah

St. Michael lost against Many Farms back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The St. Michael Cardinals fell just short of the Many Farms Lobos by a score of 57-54.

St. Michael's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Ryan Legah, who posted 26 points in addition to six assists and three steals, and Jadyn Bahe, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. Legah's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Terry, who had eight points.

They weren't the only one working in the assists department: St. Michael was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

St. Michael's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-2. As for Many Farms, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

St. Michael wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-42 defeat against Hopi on the 10th. As for Many Farms, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-38 loss against Pinon on the 11th.
