The Edison Eagles's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Holland Hall Dutch at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. Edison knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past four contests -- so hopefully Holland Hall likes a good challenge.
Even though Bishop Kelley scored an imposing 69 points on Saturday, Edison still came out on top. Edison escaped with a win against Bishop Kelley by the margin of a single free throw, 70-69.
Meanwhile, Holland Hall earned a 46-37 win over Memorial on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Holland Hall.
Edison is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Holland Hall, their win bumped their record up to 12-2.
Things could have been worse for Edison, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 62-46 loss to Holland Hall in their previous matchup back in November of 2023. Can Edison avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
