This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Decatur Community have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 25.4 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Northern Valley struggles in that department as they've been averaging 33.8 rebounds per game. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Decatur Community strolled past Northern Valley when the teams last played back in January of 2023 by a score of 49-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Decatur Community since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
