 In other pitching news,  Hunter Woodrum looked comfortable as he  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (he also didn't allow any  walks).
 Back at the plate, Scott got a  massive  performance out of  Louden White, who  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.  Kedron Elkins was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Scott's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Tug Valley, they now  have a losing record at 6-7.
 Coincidentally,  the two teams will both be playing Logan the next time they take the field. Scott will head out to face Logan at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday, while Tug Valley will  host them  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
