On Thursday Phinn Chamberlain struck out 12 batters over 6.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off nine hits (and only one walk). The effort marked the most strikeouts Chamberlain has had since back in May of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than one walk. On the year, he has an ERA of 1.47 over 14.3 innings pitched.
