The North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel were the 57-30 winner over the Lakehill Prep Warriors when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Drew Perry was his usual excellent self, scoring 24 points along with nine rebounds and seven assists for Lakehill Prep. That makes it 14 consecutive games in which Perry has scored at least a third of Lakehill Prep's points. Another player making a difference was Mercer Palamar, who scored ten points.
North Dallas Adventist Academy now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Lakehill Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Dallas Adventist Academy will square off against Yavneh Academy at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Yavneh Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Thursday. As for Lakehill Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against Coram Deo Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Coram Deo Academy is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
