Ponderosa put the finishing touches on their eighth blowout victory of the season on Saturday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 67-29 victory over Evergreen. Given Ponderosa's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 23rd, while Evergreen is ranked 240th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Carson Keach continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with six rebounds and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Miskovic, who scored 11 points along with four steals.
Meanwhile, even though Arapahoe scored an imposing 56 points on Saturday, Regis Jesuit still came out on top. Regis Jesuit took their game against Arapahoe 69-56.
Ponderosa's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.3 points per game. As for Regis Jesuit, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
