The Washington International Red Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 26 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Field 73-32 on the road. That looming 73-32 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Washington International yet this season.
Jeremy Bedard was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with three steals. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for him. Derin Kirtman was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven assists.
The win for Washington International keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Field, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games.
