The Wooster Colts scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They blew past Sparks 60-16 at home. That 44 point margin sets a new team best for Wooster this season.
It was another big night for Khloe Glover, who scored 30 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Wooster's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Taimane Talamoni, who scored ten points.
Despite the loss, Sparks still got an impressive performance from Erica Tagulao, who scored six points.
Wooster's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Sparks, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wooster will challenge the Wolverines at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in their respective states (Truckee is ranked 79th in California, while the Colts are ranked 64th in Nevada). As for Sparks, they will head out on the road to face off against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. North Valleys has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 323 points over their last five matchups.
