There's no place like home for Pembroke, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Byron-Bergen Bees an 11-0 shutout on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won five matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.
The result came thanks to Brayden Lang's shutout, as he gave up just five hits and racked up seven Ks. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
