Valley Head is 0-10 against the Red Devils since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. Both teams will face off at 5:30 p.m. on February 1st without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
Last Tuesday, Valley Head had to suffer through a rough 105-54 loss at the hands of the Mustangs. Valley Head was down 85-38 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Meanwhile, Fyffe scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They breezed by Ider at home to the tune of 105-67. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Fyffe.
This is the second loss in a row for Valley Head and nudges their season record down to 5-19. As for Fyffe, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season.
Valley Head took a serious blow against the Red Devils in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 92-57. Can Valley Head avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
