Hart County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Sunday. They walked away with a 7-2 victory over the Nicholas County Bluejackets.

Ethan Booher looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Hart County let Bryceson Neal and Colton Collins run wild. Neal scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Collins scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That stolen base marked the first that Neal snagged this season. Brayden Minor was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Hart County's win bumped their record up to 8-6-1. As for Nicholas County, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-7.

Looking ahead, Hart County will venture away from home to square off against Butler County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Nicholas County, they will welcome Glasgow at 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
