Unicoi County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kolby Jones out in front who threw for 153 yards and a pair of TDs on only 13 passes, and also rushed for 82 yards on only 11 carries. That's the most rushing yards Jones has posted since back in October of 2024. Another back making a difference was Blaze Rice, who rushed for 144 yards and two scores.
Coming up, David Crockett will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on West Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Unicoi County, they will head out to face off against Northview Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
