On Saturday, Warrensburg came up short against Lebanon and fell 51-42.
Bodie Cox was her usual excellent self, scoring 20 points along with six rebounds and six steals for Lebanon. Cox is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Lilly Bradbury was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with three steals.
Warrensburg's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Lebanon, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-11 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Warrensburg will take on Notre Dame de Sion at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Notre Dame de Sion focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 last Wednesday. As for Lebanon, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on West Plains at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th. West Plains is coming into the game hot, having won their last eight games.
