The Arapahoe Warriors won the last time they faced the Medicine Valley Raiders, and things went their way on Friday too. Arapahoe rang in the new year with a 41-32 win over Medicine Valley. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Arapahoe.
Trenton Roskop was his usual excellent self, scoring 15 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. The matchup was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carl Nordine, who scored ten points.
Arapahoe is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Medicine Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Arapahoe will head out on the road to face off against Loomis at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Loomis focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Friday. As for Medicine Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Sandhills Valley at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Sandhills Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 back in December of 2023.
